TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Orders are handled, fulfilled, and shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) enter review that business day; later orders enter review the next business day. Handling Time / Processing Time is 1-3 Business Days. Standard transit is 7-13 Business Days after dispatch, producing a total estimated delivery time of 8-16 Business Days. Business Days exclude weekends and United States federal holidays.
SHIPPING COST
Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required. Standard Shipping is displayed as $0.00 USD at checkout, with no separate handling charge.
DELIVERY AREA
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. Service is limited to the contiguous United States; Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not currently supported. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO). Customers should verify the recipient name, street, unit, city, state, ZIP code, and telephone number before payment.
SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS
Tracked delivery may be handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL according to parcel dimensions, destination, and service availability. Yoga mats, surface and underside condition, edges, fold channels, and listed carry straps are checked against the supplied quantity, then loosely rolled or folded and cushioned to limit sharp creases, edge compression, contamination, or movement during transit.
ORDER TRACKING
The dispatch email identifies the assigned carrier and tracking number. Customers can enter the number on the carrier's official website. The first tracking scan may require one business day to appear.
