Return & Refund Policy
Livura accepts eligible returns for non-slip yoga mats and carry-strap mat products according to the conditions below. This policy explains the return window, product condition requirements, return method, refund timing, and product-specific exclusions.
Return Window and Accepted Return Types
Livura accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery for defective and non-defective products. Product condition: new only. Returned items must be unused, clean, unmarked, free of odors, and returned with the original carry strap, packaging, and included components when possible.
Return Method, Label, and Fees
Return method: by mail. Return label: included in the package, free. Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee applies to approved returns. Customers should repackage the mat securely so it does not become dirty, bent, torn, or damaged during the return shipment.

Yoga Mat Condition Requirements
Yoga mats that show signs of use, sweat, stains, odors, pet hair, dirt, heavy creasing from misuse, torn edges, surface cuts, missing carry straps, or damage caused by improper storage or cleaning may not qualify for a refund. Mats must be returned in new condition so they can be inspected properly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, email info@livura.shop before mailing it back. Include the order number, item name, a short description of the issue, photos of the mat, photos of the carry strap if relevant, and photos of the package if shipping damage is visible.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, send info@livura.shop the order number, customer name, item name, reason for return, and any supporting photos. Returns that arrive without order identification may take longer to process. Do not send used or damaged-by-customer items without contacting support first.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Refund processing time: 10 days after approval. Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to post the funds to the account.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Accept exchanges for eligible items when inventory is available. If the requested color, thickness, or mat style is unavailable, the customer may return the eligible item and place a new order. Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order is packed or shipped, the return process applies.
